To install the ground sleeve, follow these steps: 1. Dig a hole 8-12 inches in diameter and 20 inches deep, wider at the bottom. 2. Fill the hole with rocks, then pour concrete until it reaches the bottom of the ground sleeve. 3. Fill the hole with concrete, leaving a gap for dirt and grass. 4. Run a stick through the sleeve for drainage. 5. Insert the lower pole of the dryer into the sleeve and align it vertically. 6. Let the concrete set before installing the dryer.
